At www.paokbcstore.gr you can make purchases at any time online and with just one click our products will arrive at your doorstep!
Use the categories in our main menu to navigate our website and find what you are looking for.
You can choose something specific either from the menu’s subcategories or from the categories in the products page.
If you’re interested in seeing our new arrivals, you just need to choose the “NEW IN” category.
Once you find what you’re looking for, click ADD TO CART.
What do I need to make an online purchase?
All you need is to be in the mood for some shopping and of course a computer that can connect to the internet. You are not required to have a credit card to make a purchase! You can pay in cash to the courier upon delivery.
How can I find the product I'm looking for?
If you are looking for something very specific, you can use the search bar on the top right of our website.
Did you find what you are looking for? Add it to your cart and when you’re done with your shopping follow the instructions so you can complete your purchase!
The product I’m looking for is not available. I like it a lot, how can I find it?
When the product you are looking for is out of stock you can contact us at our email firstname.lastname@example.org
1st Step: When you are done with your purchases you can click at the SHOPPING CART on the upper right side of the page and check the products you have added, both in number and quantity. Here, you cacn also check the quantity of a product or delete a product from your shopping cart. Once you check the products in your cart click on CHECKOUT.
2nd Step: If you are already a member you will be asked to log in to your account otherwise you will need to sign up in our e-shop first and then complete your purchase. Alternatively, you can complete your purchases as a guest.
3rd Step: After you sign in with your account you will see your billing information, as well as the delivery details you have inserted. If you want the products to be delivered to a different address, you just need to to specify it.
4th Step: Next, choose the means of payment. In order to deposit in a bank account, contact us. FInally, press COMPLETE PURCHASE.

PAOK BC STORE enables you to pay your order in any of the following ways of payment:
1. On delivery – payment upon receipt of order.
Payment on delivery within Greece is set at 5 € regardless of the region. The option is not available if you are located abroad.
In case you want to pick-up your order from the store and pay in cash upon pick-up of the products, choose “Receive from store” then choose “Cash on delivery” as your payment method and shipping costs will be zero.
2. By bank deposit.
In the case of a bank deposit and once your order has been completed, the purchase is committed but the product itself is not delivered. The shipping of your order is done ONLY once the bank deposit is completed and afterwards you contact us by phone at 2315550760 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipping costs are included in the full price of the client’s order.

Paypal is a service that offers online shopping security. It is essentially an online account that allows us to make online transactions without requiring credit card information.
4. Via credit card
The credit cards we accept are MASTERCARD, VISA, MAESTRO and DINER’S. When you pay via credit card no further charges besides the order and the shipping costs are applied (all shipping costs within Greece are set to 5 €).
5. Receive in store
You can receive your products from the store once your online order has been completed. There are no shipping costs included and the purchase is received within a week of the order’s completion.
In order to complete your order by bank account, you will need to deposit the sum of the price within 2 days of order’s registration date. If the sum is not deposited in time, the order will be cancelled.
It is important for your deposit to indicate the name of your order or your order code. Otherwise you should email us at email@example.com and give us the name from which the deposit will be made.
All transactions are governed by international and European law governing e-commerce issues as well as by the Law on Consumer Protection (Law 2251/1994) which regulates issues related to distance sales.
ORDER CHANGES AND REFUNDS
Changes and refunds are possible within 10 working days from the day you will receive your order with your receipt and with ELTA COURIER Door To Door.
If you make your return with any other courier company it is at your own responsibility and charge.
If the company fails to send the product or receive a defective product, the shipping charges are entirely charged to the company.
The charges for sending back a package are paid by us, while in order for you to receive the new package the shipping charges are 3€.
In the case that the product was at a discount then the costs to send and receive it are covered by you.
There are no refunds available for products on discount.
*Assuming you have filled out the information above, you send the product (in its original state) you wish to change or return along with this change form at the shipping address within 10 days with ELTA COURIER DOOR TO DOOR.
*In the case of a refund, the shipping charges to send us the package via courier, are payed by you. The amount is returned within the next 7 working days from the delivery date of the returned product. In the case of a deposit in a different bank, the remittance is charged to the Client and not the Depositor (www.paokbcstore.gr)
*Returns of custom made products (printed T-shirts) are not accepted. Assuming our company receives the product and all the conditions below are fulfilled, it will proceed to the immediate change-replacement service (depending on availability) and the shipping of the new product. In order for the return to be accepted, the product needs to be in the same quality as when delivered and still have its labels on. It must not have been worn (except for the time the Client tried it out), washed, ironed or gone through any other cleaning process. The responsibility for returning the products falls solely on you, which is why you will have to ensure they will be transported safely and that they are firmly packaged.
How safe is my personal information?
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
In order for any transaction to be carried out via the e-shop by the name of PAOK BC STORE and the orders to be completed, you will be asked to confirm some of your personal information. When you reach that stage of the order, we will ask you your full name, the address in which the products will be sent, the number of your cell or home phone, your email address.
Photographers of original works of the spirit according to clause 2 § 1 of the Berne-Paris International Convention, Article 2 § 1 of Law 2121/1993, as it currently stand and of Directive 93/98 EC, have agreed to transfer to the respective company (PAOK BC STORE), in accordance with Article 32 § 2 of Law 2121/93, the right of ownership and all their powers in respect of each photograph that they will create and have accepted that the respective company (PAOK BC STORE) will have full exploitation of these works without restriction as well as the rights to modify, reproduce, integrate and multiply for its entire duration (Article 9 of the WIPO Copyright Treaty that has been ratified from Greece with Law No. 3184/2003 – FEKA’228/26.09.2003, 12 of the TRIPS Agreement on Intellectual Property Rights in the Commercial Sector, ratified by Greece under Law 2290/1995 [FEK A’ 28] and and Article 6 of Directive 93/98.
How can I be sure that my order was submitted successfully?
Once you complete your order you will be redirected to a new page, displaying the message “Your order is complete”. Then, you will receive an e-mail with the details of your order confirmed that your order has been registered and has arrived at us.
To be able to receive your order confirmation mail, you must register your mail in small letters, not in capital letters!
Where will I receive my order?
Your order will arrive at the address you have stated.
The delivers are all from 9:00 until 19:00.
If you are absent, the courier company will leave you a note and will also contact you by phone in an attempt to find you and deliver your package to you.
Tip: If you are working and do not have someone available to receive your order at your home, we advise you to declare your work address as the place of shipment, since the order as mentioned above can be delivered from 9:00 to 19:00, hours that you could most likely be absent!
