At store.nikifc.gr, you can complete your order using the following payment methods:
- payment by debit or credit card
- payment by bank deposit to a Eurobank account
- payment by cash on delivery
The commercial operation of the online store, order management, the issuing of documents and the collection of payments are carried out by:

Niki Volou FC remains the rightful owner of the team’s name, logo, emblem, colours and commercial identity. The above are used in the online store within the framework of the relevant cooperation with ASPIRE GROUP Ε.Ε.
1. Payment by debit or credit card
You can pay for your order by debit or credit card.
Card payments are carried out through the secure environment of a cooperating payment service provider.
ASPIRE GROUP Ε.Ε. does not store full bank card details. The processing of payment details is carried out by the cooperating payment service provider, in accordance with its own security systems and the applicable transaction protection rules.
The order is forwarded for processing after the successful completion of the payment.
2. Payment by bank deposit to a Eurobank account
You can pay for your order by bank deposit or bank transfer to the corporate Eurobank account of ASPIRE GROUP Ε.Ε.
The bank account details are displayed during checkout and are also sent with the order confirmation.
When making the deposit or transfer, the order number and the customer’s full name must be stated as the payment reference, so that the payment can be identified.
The order is forwarded for processing after the payment has been confirmed in the bank account of ASPIRE GROUP Ε.Ε.
If the payment cannot be identified or is not completed within a reasonable period of time, ASPIRE GROUP Ε.Ε. may contact the customer for clarification or cancel the order.
Any bank charges or fees imposed by the customer’s bank are borne by the customer.
3. Payment by cash on delivery
You can choose payment by cash on delivery.
With cash on delivery, payment for the order is made upon delivery of the parcel by the courier company.
Payment by cash on delivery is subject to an additional charge of €2.50, which is displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
The cash on delivery fee is calculated in addition to shipping costs.
The €2.50 cash on delivery charge also applies to orders that qualify for free shipping, unless otherwise stated in a special offer.
Cash on delivery applies to shipments within Greece.
4. Free shipping and payment charges
For orders over €100, free shipping within Greece is provided.
Free shipping applies to the shipping cost and does not remove the additional cash on delivery fee.
When the customer chooses cash on delivery, the €2.50 cash on delivery fee is added normally to the total amount of the order.
5. Transaction security
ASPIRE GROUP Ε.Ε. takes appropriate technical and organisational measures for the secure operation of the online store.
Electronic payments are processed through cooperating payment service providers, PayPal and banking systems, in accordance with the applicable security rules.
ASPIRE GROUP Ε.Ε. does not request or store full card details, PayPal login details or other payment passwords by email, telephone or any other non-secure means of communication.
6. Incomplete or failed payment
If a payment is not completed successfully, the order may remain pending or may be cancelled.
In the event of a failed payment, you can repeat the process or choose another available payment method at checkout.
If you believe that a payment has been made but the order has not been confirmed, you can contact customer service at store@nikifc.gr, mentioning the order number and the payment details.
7. Issuing of documents
For every completed order, the lawful tax document is issued by ASPIRE GROUP Ε.Ε.
If you wish to receive an invoice, you must fill in the required invoicing details during checkout, provided that the relevant option is available at checkout.
